In-App Deletion

The fastest and most secure way to remove your data is directly through our mobile application. This process triggers immediate deletion.

1. Open the app and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
3. Tap on Delete account.
4. When the slider appears at the bottom of the screen, confirm by pressing "Yes, delete my account".
5. You will be logged out automatically, and your data will be permanently removed.

Email Request

If you have already uninstalled the application or can no longer access your account, you can request manual deletion of your account and associated data.

Please send an email from the exact address associated with your account to our support team. We will process and confirm your request within a few business days.

Categories of Deleted Data

When you initiate an account deletion, the following data is permanently erased from our databases:

• Your authentication profile and secure login credentials.
• Your user profile information, settings, and preferences.
